Jolene Assistant is a personal AI messaging platform that sends automated SMS notifications to help you stay on top of your schedule. Messages are triggered programmatically based on your configured preferences — reminders, calendar alerts, task confirmations, and time-based notifications.
How It Works
Jolene Assistant is an Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging service. Once you opt in, the application sends you automated text messages based on your preferences. You reply naturally to interact — create events, confirm tasks, or ask questions — and the AI processes your responses.
Message Types
- Scheduling reminders — Never miss an appointment or deadline
- Calendar event notifications — Stay informed of upcoming events
- Time-based alerts — Custom notifications triggered by your defined conditions
- Account and status notifications — Real-time updates about your service
Opt-In for SMS Messages
To receive automated SMS messages from Jolene Assistant, you must provide prior express written consent. Click here to opt in via our secure web form, or consent through direct invitation (reply YES to an invitation SMS). The web-based opt-in form uses an unchecked consent checkbox — no pre-checked boxes.
Before you opt in, you will be shown:
- The types of messages you'll receive
- Message frequency: varies, typically 1-10 messages per day
- "Message and data rates may apply"
- "Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help"
- Links to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
To stop messages at any time: Reply STOP to any SMS from the Service.
For help: Reply HELP to any SMS from the Service.
